Sindh govt employees being flown to meet a provincial minister in Dubai is a criminal act of wasting public funds
KARACHI: It has recently been reported in some newspapers that the provincial Minister for Works and Services, Sharjeel Memon, has been living in Dubai for almost three months now. It has been further reported that Sindh government employees are routinely being flown to meet him for official matters and that all the costs associated with this arrangement are being borne by the government.
As a taxpaying citizen, I would like to ask the chief minister of Sindh and those connected with the finances of the province about this gross and criminal act of wasting public funds. The pathetic performance of the present government is there for all to see, and on top of it, they ridicule the law and the public by acts like these.
I would like to request the authorities concerned to take notice of this anti-people act.
