The president should stand up to anyone who says such things to him, be it a Saudi monarch or an Iranian president.
DELHI: This is with reference to your report of December 22 “Ahmadinejad to Zardari: 'Hand over terrorists'”. Pakistan is a free nation and deserves some respect. No one has the right to ask its leader to hand over terrorists. I always wonder why countries like Iran threaten Pakistan, knowing that Pakistan has suffered more problems fighting terrorism than they can ever imagine. President Zardari should stand up to anyone who says such things to him, be it a Saudi monarch or an Iranian president.
