The older generation must keep doing this, must keep reflecting and telling us younger people about such things.
KARACHI: I must commend Sirajuddin Aziz for writing about his recollections of December 16, 1971. I was born many years after this time but years of reading on the subject have taught me that the chill from that December still haunts our nation. And in a way that is a good thing because it forces us to not forget what happened in our history 39 years ago.
I would say that the older generation must keep doing this, must keep reflecting and telling us younger people about such things because introspection is always a good thing.
