Karachi carnage (II)

Letter May 15, 2015
So, should we accept the killing of innocent people, consider it a routine matter and live with the fear

KARACHI: I appreciate Qaim Ali Shah’s visit to condole with the families of the victims of the Karachi bus attack. However, he said that “targeted killing is taking place all over the world”. So, should we accept the killing of innocent people, consider it a routine matter and live with the fear that we can be killed by anyone, anywhere and anytime with or without reason?

People in authority must avoid giving such statements.
