Is this the violence which Chaudhry Nisar has seemed to have claimed has “halved” in recent times
KARACHI: I was just collecting my things and was about to leave Karachi University’s Mass Communication Department when I heard someone say, “We have to take his dead body right now.” It is then that I got to know that Dr Yasir Rizvi had been shot. Yes, worse things have happened in this country and they keep happening. I was just recovering from the loss of Sabeen Mahmud when today all I got to hear early in the morning was that another life had been lost; another light was extinguished; that this city had been plunged into darkness yet again.
Is this the violence which Chaudhry Nisar has seemed to have claimed has “halved” in recent times because of some cosmetic measures? Shame on the killers.
