I have been regularly paying all my utility bills and my question to the KESC is that why am I being made to suffer.
KARACHI: This is with reference to your report of December 4 titled “Rioting breaks out in Liaquatabad”. I am a resident of Al-Karam Square which is one of the two housing complexes mentioned in the said report.
I have been regularly paying all my utility bills and my question to the KESC is that why am I being made to suffer for the sins of those who didn’t pay their bills. Surely, there must be a way whereby the connections of those who didn’t pay are severed but those who have been paying on time are left untouched. Why cannot the company install meters for every flat so it can punish those who are defaulting on payment of bills without penalizing those who pay their dues on time?
