Clearly, what the mullah has done is to make a mockery of our justice system.
JACKSONVILLE, FL, US: Enticing someone to commit murder, as a cleric in Peshawar seems to have done, is surely an offence under Pakistani law. If memory serves me correctly, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged because he was convicted of having asked someone to kill another individual. The question is will the Chief Justice of Pakistan take note of this clear incitement to murder by a cleric in Peshawar and ask the latter to present himself before the apex court? Clearly, what the mullah has done is to make a mockery of our justice system.
