The party, which Farahnaz Ispahani says is a supporter of democracy, doesn’t practice democracy internally.
KARACHI: I write with reference to Farahnaz Ispahani’s article of December 1 titled “The PPP — hope for a new Pakistan”.
My question to the writer is how does the party elect its own leadership? I think we all know the answer to that in that the party, which she says is a supporter of democracy, doesn’t practice democracy internally. And those who don’t have democracy in their own organisation and structure can hardly be expected to bring democracy in the country.
