KARACHI: First, it was the rich Germans who asked their government to be taxed heavily to improve their country's economy. Now, wealthy Americans have suggested the same thing to their government. What's going on? Why are they not like our feudal elite who react violently whenever there is a proposal to tax agricultural income?
