KARACHI: Hundreds of fake immigration and educational consultants are working all over Pakistan. These unscrupulous agents advertise in local newspapers and promise all kinds of opportunities to an unsuspecting public. The whole process involves the production of documents and credentials that seem authentic but in reality are all made up. People who approach unlicensed immigration consultants don’t consider that their misrepresentations and wrong information not only earns a bad name for their country but also makes it difficult for eligible and qualified applicants to get visas.
