KARACHI: With reference to Shehzad Shah’s article, may I say, especially to Indian readers, that Indian or Pakistani opinion/perceptions do not matter as much as what the people of Kashmir want. Many Indians tend to lay the blame on Pakistan and this is all well and good. But the fact of the matter is that the people who live in Indian-administered Kashmir are not that happy and this is not because of Pakistan but because of India and its belligerent attitude.
