Sharif, Sharif and us (III)

Letter December 26, 2014
This was not the time to hold government-PTI talks, which ought to have been postponed for a later date

LAHORE: Fahd Husain is spot on, again. The entire Pakistani nation wholeheartedly condemned the shocking atrocity in Peshawar perpetrated by the savage terrorists. The Pakistani nation is one against them and vocally speaking up for our strongest response to eliminate the scourge but we do not see politicians doing the same thing. Why?

This was not the time to hold government-PTI talks, which ought to have been postponed for a later date once the issue of dealing with terrorism had been addressed first. National sentiment requires the attention of the entire political leadership and government to focus on countering and eliminating the scourge of terrorism, so that Pakistanis can breathe easily.
