How come no one is asking how terrorists managed to reach the well-guarded, secure area where the school is located?
KARACHI: Fahd Husain is a bit unfair when he blames Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and lionises Army Chief Raheel Sharif. After all, isn’t this an obvious question that who created these monsters in the first place? Was it the military or the civilians who did that? Also, didn’t Prime Minister Sharif go to Peshawar right away?
How come no one is asking how the terrorists managed to reach the well-guarded and secure area where the school is located? The previous PPP government tried to take action against the militants but then-army chief General (retd) Kayani kept delaying it, using the pretext that a national consensus needed to be forged first. I expected better from someone as competent and good as the writer.
