There should be an institution where people can call, report presence of dead animals whose bodies are lying on roads
KARACHI: One gets to see dead bodies of animals, like dogs and cats, on our busy roads on a regular basis. There is no one to pick those bodies and dispose them of in a humane manner. Instead what we see is cars driving over them and further squashing and/or dismembering them.
There should be an institution where people can call and report the presence of dead animals whose bodies are lying on roads and are in need of proper disposal.
