People should be educated and more mills, industries and factories should be set up to provide jobs to workers
KARACHI: Pakistan is one of those countries which are still underdeveloped and are facing poverty. Poverty refers to the condition of not having the means to afford basic human needs, such as shelter, clothing, clean water, etc. Reports reveal that 40 per cent of the population in Pakistan does not have a proper place to live and this miserable condition has given birth to a large number of beggars. This has also caused an increase in cases of theft, robbery, corruption and lawlessness, etc.
The main reason behind poverty is inflation. Many educated people have degrees but they do not have jobs. If they have jobs, they do not have salaries in proportion to the inflation rate. Also, the low-level of education, industrial backwardness and poor governance are responsible for creating poverty in the country. To overcome these problems, Pakistan should take serious steps towards discarding lavish ways of living, as well as fighting the population explosion. Moreover, people should be educated and more mills, industries and factories should be set up to provide jobs to workers and small farmers. Education must also be made compulsory for all individuals.
