LAHORE: The government has approved a financial package for its security forces personnel, who die in the line of duty. The package includes considerable financial support along with payment of salary and allowances to the family of the deceased.
Moreover, the family would be allowed to reside in government residence for up to five years after the death of the security personnel. Such packages are welcome and pay a well-deserved tribute to those who lay down their lives for the country.
