RAWALPINDI: The current situation in our country is diverting our attention away from Zarb-e-Azb. We tend to watch the news which gives us numbers of the militants killed and then we don’t care anymore. Why don’t we go through the deeper and brittle side of this operation? Is it because that this side will not entertain us like the dharna does? It seems that the only ones concerned are the family members of our soldiers who are a part of this operation.
We, as a nation, seem to lack humanity. This operation is named after Al Azb — the name of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) sword then why do we forget his teachings regarding humanity?
