ISLAMABAD: Law and order is the sine qua non to ensure protection against crime and provide security for citizens, but it requires a vibrant and effective judicial and legal system.
Securing law and order has not been a central concern of our past and present rulers. That’s why crime and violence, in all its forms and manifestations, are thriving in the country. Is there anyone to take notice of this state of affairs?
