Why cannot the government make life easier for them and send them their pensions to their homes via courier?
LAHORE: I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the issue of the disbursement of pensions to senior citizens. From the first to the tenth of every month, senior citizens wait in line in front of some selected government banks to collect their pensions. Some of them are diabetes patients, some are heart patients and besides this, they are now more than 60 to 65 years of age. Why cannot the government make life easier for them and send them their pensions to their homes via courier?
Is this too much to ask?
