We are a victim of scheduled and unscheduled load-shedding in this sultry weather.
ISLAMABAD: I have been paying 20 per cent of my monthly pension as electricity tariff. We are a small family using just the usual household electronic appliances. Our only luxury is the one air conditioner. We are a victim of scheduled and unscheduled load-shedding in this sultry weather. None of us can work on the computer uninterrupted.
The plight of people living on a meagre income is pathetic. They don’t have access to clean drinking water, what to speak of health, education, welfare and security. No body feels secure.
The under-privileged people can only pray to be salvaged from the travails of life in the wake of an apathetic government.
