RAWALPINDI: One is deeply saddened to have learnt about the painful disaster that happened at the well-known saint’s shrine, Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, in Sehwan Sharif, Sindh during this year’s urs when scores of pilgrims lost their lives owing to a heatstroke.

It is basic administrative responsibility of the Sindh government to make sure the delivery of substantial services to the pilgrims who come to Sehwan Sharif from far-flung areas of the country. The devotees should be catered to as per the weather conditions to prevent the loss of lives.
