ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is a country where we have many institutions and organisations but no serious management heads who can work with dedicated intent for the betterment of any particular field. Same is the case with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Musical chairs between Zaka Ashraf and Najam Sethi will surely harm Pakistani cricket as several of the board’s employees may be both confused and demotivated at the state of affairs. Such state of affairs gives a really bad impression of the country.
