Mr Chaudry should not really be complaining.
HONG KONG: Mr Chaudry should not really be complaining. If the writer wants to visit a country, he must follow that country’s immigration rules. Otherwise, he shouldn’t go there. He, of all people, should know why American authorities are suspicious of us. We need to look at our own deeds before we begin to criticise others. Also, I’m not sure if I entirely agree with the writer calling an immigration officer “fat and bald” — what would be the point in making such a personal remark about someone who was just trying to do his job?
