The government must answer the question raised by Bilawal Bhutto in his speech on April 4.
ISLAMABAD: In actuality, the Taliban are the dark forces of violent extremism. They deceived the government previously soon after the peace agreement in Swat, as has been repeatedly pointed out. The PML-N must learn from the history of peace talks with the TTP. It is trusting this outlawed group and releasing its prisoners instead of punishing them.
The PML-N has so far been unable to address people’s problems and their concerns regarding talks with the TTP and also some other issues. It is not taking the people of Pakistan or the opposition into confidence on talks going on with the TTP. It appears that both the government and the Taliban are not serious and are merely gaining time.
It also seems that the PML-N government is a coward; it is playing politics over the bodies of innocent civilians and martyrs of the armed forces.
The government must answer the question raised by Bilawal Bhutto in his speech on April 4. Those questions are the ones that many of the civilians have in their minds as well.
