RAWALPINDI: Adil Najam’s analysis in his article “Targeted killings need a targeted response” (October 26) was excellent. We hear about blasts. Then we hear about arrests. Then we hear nothing more.
Why do we never hear of people being arrested for involvement in such acts of terrorism and why don’t we ever see even a single person being convicted?
