How can Mr Raja be so naive to think that commitment to play bilateral series with Pakistan will be upheld by India?
LONDON: Under the present ICC rules, India should be playing Pakistan but has apparently refused to do so because of political differences. How can Mr Raja be so naive to think that a commitment to play a bilateral series with Pakistan will be upheld by India?
What if the Indian government forbids it? What if it gets a court order to stop such a series taking place as was done by Bangladesh when it refused to come to Pakistan sometime back. Commitments ‘set in stone’ mean nothing to some cricket boards.
