I wish the writer good luck with the hope that he will soon visit Pakistan.
LAHORE: This is with reference to Shivam Vij’s article “When I met a Pakistani” (January 17). This was an incisive piece indeed. It is now time to inculcate this kind of view in the subcontinent. The Urdu/Hindi word humsaya, which translates to mean neighbour in English, actually implies that you share each other’s shadow rather than chasing it. Perhaps, this is what we need to do in the subcontinent.
I wish the writer good luck with the hope that he will soon visit Pakistan.
