Something should be done to disseminate such views and opinions to those who read Urdu newspapers.
LAHORE: Mashhood Rizvi’s ‘A tool for indoctrination’ and Zohra Yusuf’s ‘Media’s role in promoting religiosity’ (both October 19) are a glimmer of hope in the utter darkness of sensationalism that much of journalism has come to be enveloped in. It’s a pity that these voices of sanity and reason are limited only to those who can read English. In that context, something should be done to disseminate such views and opinions to those who read Urdu newspapers.
