Rash driving is a regular nuisance and is responsible for several fatal accidents in the federal capital.
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad has wide roads and chances of accidents are comparatively few. That said, this probably encourages reckless driving. The usual culprits are young men and boys, who drive motorcycles and scooters without caring for their own or anybody else’s life.
This rash driving is a regular nuisance and is responsible for several fatal accidents in the federal capital. Only the other day, a young man walking on a road away from all the traffic was practically run over by a motorcycle. The motorcyclist sped away at such great speed that nobody could even take note of the number plate.
I would request the traffic police to come down with an iron hand on all such violators of the traffic laws.
