State of disorder

Letter December 18, 2013
It should be understood that the common people are not happy with this government.

RAWALPINDI: This is in response to the editorial “State of disorder” published in The Express Tribune on December 18. It should be understood that the common people are not happy with this government. While some seem to be in favour of midterm elections and some don’t, the reality is that the people want change in their lives. Instead of getting what they want, they are being exploited by political parties in the name of ‘change’. In my opinion, we don’t need elections but a change in the police system, the judiciary and the procedure of conducting elections. It is only after these systems are changed that the elections will give proper results.
