Real change would come only if efforts were being made within the country and not outside of it.
LAHORE: Even though Malala does represent what ‘would be’ and ‘could be’ Pakistan, I think her mission is quite an honourable one. However, instead of planning all her activities outside Pakistan, she should work in the country and let the people who tried to kill her know that she is not afraid of them and is determined to get what is right for Pakistan. Our country has already had much bad publicity after 9/11. The ongoing war on terrorism only highlights what is missing in Pakistan. Yet, real change would come only if efforts were being made within the country and not outside of it.
