Do as the Chileans do

KARACHI: One can easily relate to Sami Shah in his article “Me and mine” (October 14). The fact that the miners were successfully rescued is something that should be celebrated all over the world, not least because it is a sign that somewhere in this world humanity is alive and kicking. I wish the people of Pakistan could take a lesson from the Chileans. If Pakistanis could adopt an attitude like theirs, our country could go far.
