I believe this film should be shown in India simply because Indians get one side of the story from their news media.
LONDON: This is with reference to the story “Waar’s Indian release hangs in the balance” (November 7). I believe that this film should be shown in India simply because Indians get one side of the story from their news media and generally, despite the infestation of extremists, the Pakistani media is generally more willing to portray all sides. Releasing Waar in India, therefore, will help in correcting this imbalance.
