Pakistan Studies books are nothing but fairy tales and have created a new mythology of Islamic superheroes.
KARACHI: I appreciate that Cdr (retd) Najeeb Anjum’s article, “A forgotten mutiny by the navy”, (October 14) shares with us a forgotten episode of our history. In fact, the Pakistan history that is taught to our students right up to university level is extremely biased. Pakistan Studies books are nothing but a collection of fairy tales and have created a new mythology of Islamic superheroes. It is time our new generation learns the truth.
