Letter October 29, 2013
I also feel that Hindus living in Sindh have now become special targets for religious discrimination.

KARACHI: The article by Ms Rajani is an appreciable effort. It makes for quite a complex but interesting read. Being a Hindu in Pakistan, I have different views from Ms Rajani but maybe that is because I have not lived outside Pakistan so perhaps, cannot appreciate what I may be missing if I leave the country.

I accept that everyone, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, is not safe here, but I also feel that Hindus living in Sindh have now become special targets for religious discrimination. Converting Hindu girls to Islam forcefully, which has been reported in the media extensively, is a case in point.
