ISLAMABAD: The Norwegian Nobel Committee has awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2013 to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons for its extensive efforts to eliminate chemical weapons. Dr Denis Mukwege, Congo’s Nobel nominee, was a better choice on merit. But if US President Barack Obama can qualify for it in the past, anyone else can.
