KARACHI: The political class has destroyed the country. The All Parties Conference (APC) was a washout. Can anybody make any sense out of it? I have been reading the writings of Mahatma Gandhi, the founder of modern India — Bapu. To me the one thing that is clear is that Bapu was for the truth, the fearless defence of the truth. I ask you now to look at our leaders. Do they have the guts to tell the people truth?
All theories about warfare, about Clausewitz, about Chanakya, about Sun Tzu, the Machiavellian Prince, etc. are too sophisticated explanations for today’s Pakistan. Our problem is not war. Our problem is greed.
