A Saudi court sentenced a man to 20 lashes even after charges were dropped; why can't we sentence Shahzeb's killers?
KARACHI: According to a newspaper report, even though a Saudi woman pardoned her husband for beating her on the shoulder and wanted to drop charges, the prosecutor went ahead with the case and the judge sentenced the husband to 20 lashes.
