LAHORE: Pakistan's biggest enemy, the Tehrik-e-Taliban, has indoctrinated children to become suicide bombers. According to a report in a reputed American newspaper, the going rate for such ‘child bombers’ is between $7,000 and $14,000. My question is where do the Taliban get such large sums of money to pay for this?
