Mobile courts

Letter August 28, 2013
As a matter of fact, justice official can call any place a court for purpose of dispensing justice to the litigants.

TOPEKA, KANSAS, USA: This is apropos the story “Mobile Courts in K-P pass first verdict” (August 27). Although the idea of a travelling court is worthwhile, it should be noted that in the US, some judges go to different towns or cities to conduct court hearings in schools or state-owned buildings. Perhaps, we could emulate that idea too and let some judges travel with minimum staff, along with modern recording machines and dispense justice in far-off places.

As a matter of fact, a justice official can call any place a court for the purpose of dispensing justice to the litigants.
