Positive step

Letter August 19, 2013
The RTO will make way for transparency, accountability and will also serve to curb corruption.

MIANWALI: The Right to Information Ordinance has been unveiled in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) by the PTI-led provincial government. This will make way for transparency, accountability, as well as curbing corruption, which is the mother of all evils and has bedevilled our economy for a long time now.

Moreover, the unveiling of the ordinance also shows the commitment of the PTI towards its manifesto and seriousness to its promises, which it made to the people of K-P in particular, during the election campaign.
