If producers cannot release their film on time, excessive complaining about release of Indian films is irritating.
KARACHI: This is with reference to the story “Eleventh hour: Main Hoon Shahid Afridi won’t be bowling you over this Eid” (August 6). As stated in the story, the film’s writer, Vasay Chaudhry, had reservations about the release of Indian movies on Eid.
I fail to understand why anyone should have a problem with the decision to release the Indian films that were initially delayed in order to accommodate Main Hoon Shahid Afridi. If the producers of the film cannot release their film on time, the excessive complaining about the release of Indian films is quite irritating.
