We are at war. Extra judicial killings are a part of war. It is likely that the “boys” were terrorists.
KARACHI: This is with reference to Ejaz Haider’s article “Line them up and execute” (October 4). We are at war. Extra judicial killings are a part of war. The truth is that the average age of suicide bombers is between 13 and 18 years. So it is likely that the “boys” were terrorists. Our army is fighting this war for years now and the mental pressure they go through is beyond our imagination and understanding. They would retaliate understandably, whenever they come across the enemy. I feel that this is not the time to question the army, they’re doing their job pretty well. We need to support them and stand up against terrorism.
