ISLAMABAD: According to reports, a whopping sum of Rs37.8 billion was distributed by former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf under the head of development funds. Given that he remained prime minister of the country from June 2012 till March 2013, it should be noted that the amount he gave away as development funds comes to around Rs140 million a day.
