Being a senior journalist, I believe Mr Sethi is fit for any sort of job.
KARACHI: This is apropos the story “Najam Sethi appointed interim chairman” (June 23). Being a senior journalist, I believe Mr Sethi is fit for any sort of job. He will have a different perspective from other people, who were previously assigned to this position.
However, I also believe that only a seasoned cricketer, who knows about cricket in depth, and also knows about the internal politics of the Pakistan Cricket Board and who should be capable enough to cope with the state of affairs prevalent at the board, should be made its chairman.
