Shahrukh Khan has made an advance payment to the government as advance tax, why cannot we have people like that?
KARACHI: We have been hearing for the last couple of years that PML-N chief and twice elected prime minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif paid only Rs5,000 as tax last year. On the other hand, it has been reported in Indian newspapers that Indian actor Shahrukh Khan has become India’s highest individual tax-payer. Not only this, he has added another feather to his cap by making an advance payment of 50 million rupees to the government of India as advance tax. Now why cannot we have people like that in Pakistan?
