One thing is for sure: change is necessary, and sometimes, it's better to bring in new faces, give them a chance.
KARACHI: This is with reference to Kamal Siddiqi’s article “Battling hearts and mind” (May 6). I am in agreement with the writer; yes, there are a lot of questions pertaining to the elections and the parties which are contesting them. Similarly, voters are divided between the new and the experienced, and this can cause major changes in the upcoming elections.
One thing is for sure: change is necessary, and sometimes, it is better to bring in new faces and give them a chance to thrive, than to bring back the old players who have tried their luck multiple times and have largely failed, at least, in the eyes of the general public.
