RAWALPINDI: With reference to the various letters that have been published on the corruption in CSS examinations and in the passport office, I have to say with a sinking heart that we have sunk in the vortex of corruption, which is leading us to a blind alley. From top to down, we have developed a vicious culture of corruption and there is no end to this social evil. We should not blame our rulers but blame ourselves. If the people are good, the rulers will be of good character, too. As a nation, we must review our actions else we will vanish from the pages of history.
In order to have a good and competent leadership, we, as a people, will have to change ourselves first.
