The directives of the ECP with respect to wall-chalking are being violated.
ISLAMABAD: It is very agonising to see posters of candidates pasted on traffic and road signs in Islamabad. The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued clear directives to candidates to refrain from wall-chalking. Is anyone taking notice of this violation? Is there any implementation mechanism in place to monitor whether the directives of the ECP are being complied with, in letter and in spirit?
