Regardless of who one votes for, everyone must make sure that on election day, they go out and vote.
KARACHI: All citizens of Pakistan have the right to vote. With the 2013 elections looming, the election campaign of all political parties is in full swing. From rallies to press conferences, the mainstream parties have rolled the dice and the stage is set. They have played their role and now it is our turn. As Pakistanis, it is our duty to vote and choose our representatives. Somehow, the air that hangs around these elections gives a feeling of finality; it is either now or never. Maybe this is our last chance to vote for someone who will save our country from the destructive path it is on.
So, regardless of who one votes for, everyone must make sure that on election day, they go out and vote. If one believes that all candidates in their constituency are corrupt, then please vote for the least corrupt individual, but vote. Everyone must exercise their right to vote and not waste it.
